The sushi was good I really liked the mango shredded one anyone who likes sweet sushi and crunchy sushi both cooked and raw will love the 36 combo sushi ,I liked also the design of the place ,giving an aesthetic Japanese posters,its calm for any person who would like to go enjoy their time and eat sushi and smoke shisha although it’s important to note about portion sizes

The chefs were amazing, went above and beyond to make my short visit memorable. The sushi order was upscale, the portions were great, and the prices are fare and match the quality. Definitely worth checking out! Returning for sure!!

Thanks to the chef for always putting genuine effort into every dish, it truly shows in both taste and presentation. The food is consistently delicious and well-prepared. The place is well organized, clean, and comfortable, creating a very pleasant dining atmosphere. The staff and specially (Mohammed) are friendly and attentive, which makes the overall experience even better. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting again.

My favorite place in Jordan! Sushi Bistro is a true slice of Japan right in the heart of Amman. I absolutely love the atmosphere — cozy, stylish, and authentically Japanese. The food is always top-notch: super fresh fish, especially the salmon, and excellent sushi and rolls. The service is attentive and friendly, and the staff really take care of you. One of the best parts is the beautiful city view from the window — it makes the whole dining experience even more special. They also offer great discounts and promotions, which is a big bonus. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality sushi and a great vibe. I’ll definitely keep coming back! ????????

I’ve tried almost 20 sushi places around Amman alone and out of those and the ones I tried in the states this is definitely top 5! I’ve been here twice this week already! Shoutout to Chef Hassan - he’s awesome, very talented and welcoming. Recommend this place 100%
